Personal Training

Personal training focuses on functional strength. 

We need muscles in our body to do normal daily living, hence the body weight training and weight training and/or those additional red or blue springs on the reformer here in the studio.

One-on-one

Our individualized personal training focus on each student’s particular needs. An advantage of personal trainings is that the student receives instant form correction and feedback from our instructors. 

Personal training are also appropriate for individuals with injuries, or women who are prenatal or postnatal. 

One-on-one classes are optimal way to segue into duet classes with a deeper understanding of the work. Please note that Private Pilates Classes are by appointment only.

Is personal Training Right for Me?

The most obvious benefit of having a private Pilates class starts from the immediate fact you have the instructor’s undivided attention. Where instructions, explanations of exercises are all tailored for the individual.
